3. Shipping Terms
We utilize UPS as our shipping courier. Shipping times for ground shipments take between 1-6 business days. If you need your package sooner, please select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.
Shipping Schedule & Order Cancellations
All UPS Ground orders will be shipped within 48 hours pending payment verification and availability. Customers who choose expedited shipping will have their orders shipped the same day if the order is placed before 3:00pm EST. Once an order has been placed we are not able to cancel the order. However, you may return or exchange the merchandise through our standard return/exchange process. Please note that you will be responsible for any applicable shipping and return shipping charges.
Address Corrections & Lost/Stolen Packages
All orders are shipped to the address as stated by the customers when the orders are placed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address entered is in accordance with the shipping courier's standard. Retailhandbag reserves the right to charge up to $10 for any address correction or forwarding address that is different than the original address on the invoice.
Retailhandbag is not responsible for stolen or lost packages when the tracking system of a chosen shipping courier shows that the package was delivered. Please choose a shipping service with signature confirmation if you believe that it is unsafe to leave the package unattended. 4. Hassle-Free Return & Exchange Policy:
Retailhandbag.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase by offering you our 30 Day Satisfaction-Guaranteed Return Policy. We stand behind our products 100% and offer you the option of returning or exchanging items that do not meet your needs.
You have 30 days from the day that you receive the package to return the merchandise for a full refund or exchange. For exchanges, we will charge/credit the price difference accordingly and ship the newly exchanged merchandise to you free of charge within the domestic US.
Here are the details of our policy:
- We will credit you the full purchase price, any taxes, minus the original shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- For exchanges, we will charge/credit the price difference accordingly and ship the newly exchanged merchandise to you free of charge within the domestic US. International exchanges will incur standard international shipping fees.
- All items must be in brand new condition with all hang tags attached and unmarked, with the original box and packaging.
- ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, DAMAGED, AND/OR ALTERED WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED. ITEMS WITH THE TAGS ALTERED OR REMOVED WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED.
- CLEARANCE AND FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you return the Final Sale items, Retailhandbag has a right to refuse the returned package at customer's cost.
- If the item that you ordered was already damaged or if there are any discrepancies, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will do our best to replace or repair the defective item as soon as possible. Any damage or discrepancies claimed after the 48 hours of receipt will be subject to our discretion.
Return / Exchange Procedures: - You must arrange your return or exchange within the 30-day period specified above.
- Simply complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package. Make sure to enclose the invoice and the return item(s) in a securely sealed box.
- It is strongly recommended to use a trackable mailing service as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
